Since our shop is fairly new and small, we may take a little longer to respond to emails. 

Emails will be checked Monday-Friday 9am-11am

Shipping orders take places Monday-Friday 9am-3pm

Any international purchases or sale purchase ( discount codes etc) are FINAL.

All orders are shipped 4 days afer your payment has cleared through from when the order was placed. For your and our protection, It takes a few days for your payment to go through. when it does, we process and ship. 

 Return Policy

ALL SALE ORDERS ARE FINAL.

We will gladly accept a refund within 10 days of your purchasing receipt and as long as the item has not been worn AND it is not listed as "SALE".

You will be responsible for shipping the item and there will be a $6 non refundable restocking fee.

Once we have received an email from you with the tracking number and have received the item(s), we will refund you in the manner that you have purchased your order. 

 

Exchange Policy

If you have a sizing concern, please visit our "sizing info" page located on our homepage's bottom left corner.

We accept exchanges within the first 10 days upon receiving your purchase. You will be responsible for shipping cost when returning or exchanging product.

Once we have received an email with tracking information and/or have received the item, we will then email you and send you the new item.

When using a discount code, all items are FINAL SALE. 

When you purchase from Instagram, all items are FINAL SALE.
